Scandinavians said No to the Euro (pamphlet)

New publication on the Euro

Scandinavians said No to the Euro is a new pamphlet (in English) published by the Danish People’s Movement Against the EU (Folkebevægelsen mod EU).

This publication:

• describes the gloom-and-doom predictions of supporters of the Euro before the Danish Euro referendum in 2000, and how these predictions came to nothing after the Danes voted No.

• gives the four main arguments against the Euro (concerning democracy, welfare, economy and the state building process).

• gives a description of co-operation and the way forward after rejecting the Euro.

The pamphlet can be put to good use in countries where a debate still exists on the Euro. You can download the PDF version from here.

For a printed copy please contact Jesper Morville or Lave K. Broch. Copies will also be available at the forthcoming TEAM Annual General Meeting in Switzerland next March.
